Terms Of Service

Once you choose to interact with me / commission me you are legally binded to these terms and have accepted them.

-DESIGN / ART TOS-1) Do Not HEAVILY Redesign Characters. Small/Medium Changes Are Allowed [Adding / Changing Patterns, Etc]. If you plan on changing up the design please message me for approval on how the changes look.2) If You Are Caught Selling Any Of My Designs To The Blacklisted Users Below You Will Be Punished Accordingly; you will Blacklisted, you will also have to trade / sell / give away any designs you own by me. You will also be kicked/banned from any of my servers I run/own.3) Do Not Change Characters Gender, Age, Species, Or Anything Along Those Lines If The Character Already Has It Set, (This includes backstories and general details about stuff)4) if an adopt has no set gender / hair / Accessories you are allowed to add said aspects onto the design. If you have any questions regarding a design you own by me, please contact me.5) do not edit, change, or alter my artwork in anyway unless it is your character and you have direct confirmation from me you can. I’ve had too many instances of where people will change my artwork to fit their character. Stop.6) characters that are on trade back only may not be sold or traded to anyone else other than the person that has locked the trade.7) do not sell my designs for more than you initially got them for unless you have added art that equals the added value.

-COMMISSIONS TOS-1) Refunds for commissions that have already received a WIP will not be provided, this is not only to protect myself as an artist but to make sure I get paid for my time; if you request a refund I can choose whether or not to continue work on your artwork.2) Do not rush me, I have severe anxiety and if I’m rushed I’m LESS likely to continue your commission on time.3) I may work on other things than your commission, this includes other commissions and Adoptables, I’m not obliged to work on your commissions 24/7.4) I may cancel your commission at any time without any reasoning, this may be for a varied amount of reasons; this also means you will not receive a refund.
